Following the work
Some of our clients live here, others six thousand kilometres away. The process is the same: built to be followed remotely from the outset, not patched on afterwards.
Twenty minutes is enough to frame a project. We share the screen, the collections and the drawings.
The materials reach you within 48 hours, free of charge, wherever you are — before you commit to anything.
We go to the property, measure up and photograph what is already there. You do not need to be present.
The same person from the first conversation to after-sales. You never go over your project twice.
We do not install ourselves. But we point you to tilers, plumbers and joiners on the island whose work we know — and we brief them on the products you have chosen.
The calendar
The ordering window is narrower than it looks: to install between May and October, the goods have to leave Spain before the end of March.
You are on the island, or the villa is in full swing. This is the moment to work out what needs redoing.
Selection, samples, measurements and pricing. This is where the decision gets made.
The last window for delivery in time. After March, the job slips to the following year.
Arrival on the island, goods-in checks, and delivery to the site.
The villa is empty and the trades are at work. Everything is ready for the next season.
