Delivering and outfitting
on US Virgin Islands
26 European houses, one single contact, and your home showroom on Saint-Martin. Here is what changes when the job site is yours.
- Electricity
- 120/240 V · 60 Hz · [À CONFIRMER] sockets
The electrical regime furthest from Europe in the whole region. Three-phase here is 120/208 V, not 400 V: Spanish or Italian three-phase equipment simply does not connect — professional kitchens and chiller units first. And 120 V line-to-neutral rules out any European 230 V light fitting or motor outright, where St Martin at least let the appliance run.
- Working languages
- English
Quotes, data sheets and site follow-up in your language.
- Delivery
- Direct from the factory, or consolidated from St Martin
Three islands — St Thomas, St John and St Croix — under a single utility. This is the territory where the electrical check must come before the selection, not after it.
- The ordering window
- Before end of March to install between May and October
6 to 10 weeks of factory time from Spain, plus shipping — and hurricane season runs from June to November.
Your showroom
Porcelanosa SXM showroom
The Porcelanosa showroom, and behind it the warehouse that supplies the surrounding islands. This is where a plan gets opened, a full selection gets composed, and — more often than not — the goods leave with you.
